Water Purchase Fee

A water purchase fee must be paid for the amount of water actually drawn from the supply network. The amount of water drawn is determined on the basis of the water meter installed at each house connection.

The water purchase fee is set in the Water Tax Code at € 1.61 (excl. 10% VAT) for 1 m³ of water.

The built-in water meters are replaced and recalibrated every 5 years.
