Making gardens climate-fit – lecture by “Nature in the Garden”
on October 22, 2024 in Klein-Pöchlarn
In a lecture, the Lower Austrian environmental movement “Nature in the Garden” shows simple and sensible ways to adapt our gardens to climate change.
Extreme drought, prolonged heat, heavy rain: our climate is changing and extreme weather demands a rethink in the design and care of our gardens. At this lecture with “Nature in the Garden” consultant Bernhard Haidler on October 22, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the Klein-Pöchlarn ballroom (Artstettner Straße 7), drought-tolerant plants will be presented and shown how important water retention is and how climate change can be counteracted and how your personal green space can become a climate-friendly oasis of well-being.
Entry is free of charge, a registration is not needed.
