The containers will be available for sale for private projects. After more than 30 years, the metal collection at the collection points will end. After metal packaging has been collected in the yellow bin since 2023 and beverage cans will be subject to the disposable deposit from next year, an attempt was made to offer the containers for the disposal of everyday objects. Unfortunately, there were many incorrect disposals that made the collection overloaded and inefficient. At the end of the year, the containers will therefore be gradually removed and recycled. The scrap metal collection at the scrap collection points will be discontinued and everyday metal items can be handed in at the 10 recycling centers as before.
