"Regional herbal cuisine tastes so good"
Under this motto, the Leader Region Southern Waldviertel – Nibelungengau invites you to take part in a recipe competition.
Which culinary delicacies are served in the kitchens with the main focus on the HERBS and regional products that grow here?
We are looking for recipes that show how healthy, diverse and regional the cuisine is.
Submissions are possible in four categories:
Starters
Mains
Desserts
Vinegars, oils, chutneys, pestos or juices
Each participant can submit a maximum of three recipes. When submitting the application, the name and address as well as the telephone number must be provided.
A jury evaluates the submissions and selects the most tempting 50 recipes, which are then published.
Win one of 10 regional surprise packages worth €100.00 each.
